Moving home can be a stressful experience. There’s so much to think about, and so many people to deal with.

Even if you’ve been ‘tied in’ to your current mortgage and feel you really ought to go back to your existing mortgage lender, maybe we could help.

We aim to make things as easy as possible for you, from working out the costs of moving and how much deposit you’ll need, through to finding you the most appropriate mortgage based upon your current needs and circumstances and completing all the paperwork.

But our job doesn’t stop there, because it might be some time since you moved house. So it’s important you can have someone you trust to ask questions about the home moving process. We talk to the mortgage lender, the estate agent and the solicitor - and we give you straight answers.
